Tap a student’s name to view history. Log behavior or positive parent contact in a few taps, and ClassFlow will open the prepared message in your regular email application for review and sending through your existing work account. Tardy and Bathroom are daily tracking toggles. Each completed Behavior email adds a new count; canceling removes only the email currently being prepared.

Let’s personalize this device. Your information stays in this browser unless you export a backup.

This name will be used for your dashboard greeting and email signature. Until a name is entered, ClassFlow will greet you as Teacher.

Choose Your Classes

Select the periods you teach and give each class a name. You can change these later in Settings.

Choose Your Look and Security

Pick a theme and create a teacher PIN for protected controls.

This step is optional. You can import your CSV now or add students later from Student Profiles.

Classroom Settings

Classes and Periods

Choose the periods you teach and give each class a name. Six periods are selected by default, but any combination is allowed.

Automatic Bell Schedule

Choose the grade-level lunch schedule. Regular days and Wednesday early-release times will populate automatically. The default tardy grace period is 0 minutes.

Testing or Special-Day Schedule

For a specific date, use the automatic schedule, turn timing off, or create a one-day custom schedule. One-day settings expire automatically after that date.

Choose a look for ClassFlow. Themes only change the visual style; rosters, logs, schedules, and settings stay the same.

Use one row per student. Alpha ID appears in Behavior & Contact. One parent email is sufficient; when two are provided, both populate the To field. Gender is used only to personalize email pronouns.
